How Does Proof Of Delivery Work?
POD (Proof of Delivery) option appears when you hit the ‘complete’ button, located below the delivery stop. In the first step, it will ask you how you delivered the order. Once you have an appropriate pick, it will allow you to capture an image or record an E-signature in the next step. Also, you can even add the customer notes or mention delivery comments for your backend team.
