Why not? When you are on the best route planner app, you have got all the necessary options inside it. Here are simple ways to change the distance unit. 

For all route plans:

Go to driver app > menu option from homepage > settings > Units > Change to Miles or  Kilometers.

For individual routes: 

1. Open the “Upper for Driver” app. 

2. Scroll and find the route plan. 

3. Click on the “Edit Route” option from the 3-dot menu.

4. Tap on the second option “units” and change the option.
